Atif Lanier is an actor, writer, and producer who currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. He’s also the owner of HarMageddo Entertainment. You can check out some of his latest work here http://www.computerlovethemovie.com. Atif attended Temple University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology. This 6’3″ actor aspires to keep making movies. He enjoys weight lifting, boxing, running and bike riding. We interviewed Atif for our “A Few Good Men” issue and here are his answers on life and relationships.

Are you spiritual? If so, how? Baptist

What is your greatest achievement? Surviving meningitis as a kid

How do you handle setbacks? By coming back stronger

If there’s one quote you could live by, what would it be and why? “daddy taught me to work, mama taught me to hustle” I’ve applied it and it has gotten me through life.

How have your life’s experiences shaped you into the man you are today? Mental toughness

Family Relationships-

What is your relationship like with your mother? We are very close.

Did you have a father figure or positive male role model growing up? Yes my father is and was very positive role model in my life.

Do you have any children? If so, what if your relationship like with them and their mother? NO KIDS.

Romantic Relationships-

Why are you single or not in a committed relationship? It’s a work in progress.

What is the longest relationship you’ve ever been in? Why did you break up? Did you learn anything from it? A year. It was time to break up and I learned alot.

Do you want to get married? Yes

What are you looking for in a relationship? A woman that can grow with me.

What qualities do you find attractive in a woman? Ambition

What qualities don’t you find attractive in a woman? Procrastination

Do you believe a woman’s role is in the kitchen? Can you handle a successful woman? No, I believe a woman’s role is working together with her mate.

When it comes to women, what is your definition of beauty? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
